Course Overview

The seminar discusses what is a textile and describes production from the raw fibres and yarns through to the final fabric. The course investigates how they are processed to become a fabric and processed to include application of colour and finishing processes to ensure the fabric is stable and colour fast.

We encourage delegates to bring samples along for discussion during the day; this always introduces a level of spontaneity and makes the seminar much more interesting.
