As global attention is placed on the sustainability and integrity performance of sports organizations around the World, companies have never needed to ensure their message on their sustainability and integrity position is clearer, sharper and more focused than ever.
Background
What is the Social Purpose of Sports Organisations? Throughout 2015, we have seen much attention to paid to integrity in Sports which really goes against the heart of what society expects from Sports – which should be about fair play and achievement.
Dr. Morgan takes this opportunity to use the globally recognised standard, ISO 20121, as a tool to help organisations in the Sports sector to operate in a more sustainable way with greater focus on integrity so that they can truly win in their defined Social Purpose. By using the ISO 20121 standard and applying it to the sports sector, organisations in the Sports Value Chain can understand the risks and manage those much better. Global sports is a phenomenal driver of wealth and ambition, and with the use of ISO 20121, to drive sustainability and integrity organisations can do even more with their social assets.
